• Metro Manila delivery: shipping fee starts at ₱120 (via JRS)
• Provincial delivery: shipping fee starts at ₱140 (via JRS)

Make sure you got our payment details right. After paying, kindly write/type your full name and order number in your payment receipt then send the clear copy on our Instagram account: @essentielmanila.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
It's a 5-digit number indicated above your order confirmation right after checkout. It will be also sent via SMS or e-mail depending on what you have selected while filling out form.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER/S?
As we are operating on a skeletal workforce, we can only ship orders every Fridays until conditions improve. Rest assured, our team will be doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible. Parcels may be delayed due to the current circumstances. Place an order only if you are willing to wait.
Estimated time of arrival (after shipping day): 3 to 18 days, weekends and holidays are not counted. However, please consider that this may vary as all shipments could experience extended delivery times due to the pandemic's impact on our shipping partner.
Please be reminded that your parcel will be shipped on time and couriers are third party service providers. Therefore, Essentiel Manila will not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER/S?
Tracking numbers are available upon request. After getting your tracking number, you may track your order/s here: JRS
If your parcel can not be delivered to your given address, you may pick it up at the JRS branch nearest you.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM?
As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and make sure you have a great retail experience with us. If for any reason there is an issue with your recent purchase, please contact us straight away and our team will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
We only give 7 days (after shipping day) for you to inform us about the damaged or incorrect item/s. Beyond 7 days, it can no longer be returned/exchanged.
Also, for verification purposes, we advise everyone to take a video while opening their parcel. With this, we can have a record should there be any problem with the parcel such as damaged item, missing item/s, and wrong item received.
